The aim of this course is to make you aware of the constantly changing technological environment of an enterprise.

Therefore you will need to acquire some basic skills:

You should be able

to react adequately to the rapidly changing economy

to have an innovative perspective as to the changes within a company

 

As a future manager:

You have to be able

to develop an own vision as to the use of ICT in an enterprise

to safely use IT technology (collaboration, e-learning …)

to creatively use ICT (social media, internet, graphics, …)

 

To achieve these above mentioned goals you will have to be

Self-reliant in looking for the correct information, finding the appropriate tools and creating adequate content

Open-minded as to collaborating with group members

 

Course set-up

The majority of the research has to be done at home. During the contact moment you will have to discuss your findings (either individually or in group) and you will have to carry out an assignment.

Of course you are not completely on your own. If you experience a problem in finding the information needed, or if you are unsure whether the contents of your assignment is up to standard, you can always rely on your coach (lecturer) during the contact moments.
